Ian M Allan (CEO)
Ian has held a senior position in GlaxoSmithKline for over 15 years and has successfully delivered on company-wide Automation Strategy. He has a reputation of delivering to Strategy successfully and developing people and processes to support the overall vision. He has won three President’s Role of Honour awards for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and has completed corporate courses on Leadership, Lean Sigma, Business Management and Process Analytical techniques. More recently he was the Global Head of Automation and MES for Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics he was specially targeted to develop their Global Automation Strategy and develop a Global MES deployment plan. Ian Campbell (Operations Manager)
Ian has worked for GlaxoSmithKline for over 30 years and has extensive experience working in the areas of Automation/Instrumentation, Operational Excellence and organisational Design. Ian specialises in Instrument Maintenance Systems particularly, Validation and Compliance. He is also expert in Organisational Design and in particular applying manufacturing excellence techniques to departmental design. Ian has won various directors awards for achievement and holds a 1st Class Hon degree in HRM. Ian is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Laura Campbell (Marketing Lead)
Laura is the newest addition to the Infinity team. She joined the company in April 2013 as Marketing Lead. Laura has a background in Biomedical Science and successfully graduated with an honours degree in the subject in 2010. During her time studying she covered a range of topics giving her insight into topics such as Pharmaceuticals, Biochemistry and Microbiology. During her 4th year, Laura spent 6 months working on a project, funded by the Scottish Government, which focused on alternative Biofuels. In particular, converting seaweed to methane for use as fuel. Laura hopes to expand and diversify her knowledge of the Life Science industry during her career with Infinity Automation.
